We recently trusted Soapbox with our full company rebranding , one of our most important developments & investments to date as a business.
This was a huge undertaking, including a full brand design, high performance website integrating with our current systems & a range of traditional marketing materials – all of which the team delivered exactly to our very high expectations.

Fresh, clean, an instantly recognisable, our graphic design team provided Kelly Residential with a selection of modern logos crafted to reflect the professionalism of their brand and to be easily recognisable to new and existing customers alike.
Their final choice was a fantastic one which looks great on their website, business cards, and other promotional materials and will look just as great on their new storefront down in Newton Mearns. They now have the perfect brand base to build upon going forward.
Kelly Residential required a website that reflected the experience, expertise and local knowledge of their fantastic team of Estate Agents and a place to display their stunning array of East Renfrewshire properties.
They also needed the capability to upload, edit and update their property portfolio on a daily basis, and a fully integrated platform reducing their reliance on third-party websites.
In an industry where visuals are so important in securing property sellers the best possible deal, this was a design we had to get right and our web design team did themselves proud, producing a stunning, fast, and user friendly site that will be the launchpad of Kelly Residential’s online growth going forward.
Once a brand, logo, and colour palette had been approved, it was time to get to work crafting a whole range of stationery products and promotional materials to show it off in all it’s glory. From letterheads to business cards, we incorporated Kelly Residential’s stylish new look into a whole host of different custom designs, before printing them on the finest quality materials at our in-house Southside design & print studio.
